Tina Knowles, Beyonce Knowles mother, is our celebrity mother of the week. An entrepeuner who has been designing since she was young her self, has been creating clothes for her daughter since she was in Destinys Child. Both of these women were at the opening of the Friends of Womens Studies Living Archives and Beyonce was beautiful and glowing by her mothers side with a little baby growing right inside of her own.

In introducing her line Tina spoke of her own mother Agnes and how she wanted to continue to have a vision, be strong and have a love for fashion and continue the tradition of creativity the women of this family were blessed with. Beyonce seemed content to be next to her mother on such a special day and soon she will have her own child to nurture and spread the talent she her self was given by such inspiring women. With such a large family of talented people and such a star of a father, Jay Z, this baby will be more than overjoyed to come into such a world.

Tina Knowles worked for her success and taught her daughter to live just the same and that is why she is our celebrity mom of the week.

Actress, singer and dancer Willow Smith is the daughter of Hollywood heavyweights Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith. She is also the younger sister of child superstars Trey and Jaden Smith. Willow’s father Will, is notable for widespread music, television and film success, including blockbuster hits like Independence Day and The Pursuit of Happyness. Mother Jada is famous for early work on the hit TV sitcom A Different World, and for roles in a number of films. Child star Willow made her 2007 debut in I Am Legend, starring alongside her father Will. In 2008, she appeared in the film Kit Kitteridge: An American Dream, which earned her a Young Artist Award from the Young Artist Foundation Willow’s first single Whip My Hair, went platinum with her U.S. debut. Young Willow’s corresponding video managed to garner a Video of the Year nomination at the BET Awards of 2011. She also received a Best New Artist nomination and tied with brother Jaden for the YoungStars Award. Currently Willow is signed with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation record label. Both she and brother Jaden serve as youth ambassadors for Project Zambia, an organization that provides aid to children orphaned in Zambia because of AIDS.

You may know him as the stud, A.C. Slayter, from “Saved by the Bell” or as the host of “Extra,” but this week he is the celebrity dad of the week. Mario Lopez and his girlfriend Courtney Mazza have a daughter, Mia, who turned one in September. He also released his second children’s book, “Mario & Baby Gia.”

The family of three was recently spotted at a local pumpkin patch snapping shots of their beautiful daughter and girlfriend. He was seen kissing Gia and posing with a large group of pumpkins. He showed off his body in a black tank top. Lopez, 36, has been discussing with the media all about his training. He is signed up to run in the New York City Marathon on November 6.

The host of “Extra” is a very busy man, but his devotion to his daughter is what makes him celebrity dad of the week. There is not an interview that he does not mention not only his love for his daughter, but also his love for being a father. It definitely makes all of his fans love him even more because there is nothing more attractive than a man that is a great dad.

If you didn’t know, celebrity Dad-to-Be week was held on Oct. 16.

What is it about celebrity parents which catches all of our attention? Everyone is drawn to the celebrity culture, but even more so it seems when it comes to celebrity parents.

Let’s take a look at one of Hollywood’s power couples: Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. Sure, both of these actors were already huge prior to meeting but after they did, the next thing you know the whole world wanted a piece of “Brangelina.”

One of the great things about celebrity couples is they’re able to use their status in society to help benefit charities and other humanitarian efforts.Didn’t catch that? This explains it. Once again, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are at the forefront when it comes to using their celebrity status to help those who aren’t as fortunate.

After Hurricane Katrina, the couple spent countless hours in New Orleans, not only donating a ton of money, but their own time, in an effort to help those whose homes were devastated by the hurricane.

It doesn’t matter how big of a celebrity you are, it’s important to find a balance between your status and parenting.

And Brad Pitt has accomplished this task.
