Katie Holmes did Suffer with Post Partum Depression

In a pre-wedding special on The Today Show, Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush had revealed that one of the guests to TomKat’s wedding is Brooke Shield. For those of you who may not remember, Tom had criticized Shields for her PPD issues telling her to "get over it".

However, unlike many would think Shields did show up to the wedding despite the criticism. Wondering why? Shields and Katie Holmes had become close friends after the birth of Suri, as Katie was suffering from PPD herself and turning to Shields for help…

I wonder what Tom was telling Katie while he was learning that this can indeed be a real problem…
